Mit dem Dateisystem-Migrator migrieren sie ihre eRoom Inhalte direkt ins Windows Dateisystem. Für jedes eRoom Elemente und Unterelement wird ein Ordner im Dateisystem erstellt, so dass die komplette hierarchische Struktur abgebildet wird. Das Dateisystem ist ein Ordner und Dateien basiertes System, die Inhalte andere Elemente wie beispielsweise von Datenbanken, Projektplänen, Diskussionen etc., werden in Excel Dateien exportiert und dann als Datei mit migriert.

Get an overview
Using the analysis function, all eRoom content is recorded and a report with all content and metadata is provided for each room.
Make contents transparent
The results of the analysis are further processed with the classification function based on rules. This makes it possible, for example, to see which content is still being actively used at all and which can be archived or deleted.

Develop individual archiving strategy and concept
Based on the results of the analysis, we jointly develop an individual archiving strategy and concept, which form the basis for the project.
Archive content
All eRoom content is archived, including metadata, users, roles and rights.

Implement archiving solution
The installation and configuration of the archiving solution is carried out individually on the basis of the archiving concept.
Perform proof of concept
The archiving concept is usually checked by means of a proof-of-concept and examined for possible weak points in order to obtain the best possible starting position for the implementation of archiving.

Highly efficient archiving
The planning and control of the entire archiving process of a room, including communication with end users, is fully automated by Migrator Pro.
Incident Management
If problems occur during the execution of data archiving, they are automatically recorded and an incident ticket is created for processing by the project team.

Archiving your eRoom manually
MIGRATOR BASIC archives eRoom content to the LIBRARY or the file system. Archiving can be initiated by administrators, coordinators or participants directly from a room.

Automated archiving of your eRoom
MIGRATOR PRO has all the functionalities of MIGRATOR. In addition, it can perform fully automated archiving based on the eRoom content and defined rules. The team keeps track of the ongoing archiving via the cockpit.
