The functional and content gap between eRoom and the target system is a major challenge. This results from the limitations of the target system as well as the actual use of eRoom. Without a precise analysis of this gap, one runs the risk of stumbling painfully more often during the project.
Reduce data volume
Over the years, mountains of worthless data often accumulate. When changing systems, it is therefore always a good idea to archive data that is no longer used and then delete it so that only actively used data is transferred to the target system.

Individual migration concept
Based on the analysis results, especially the individual gaps, we develop an individual migration strategy and the migration concept, which are the basis for the installation and configuration of the migration solution.
Customized data mapping
In small workshops we develop an individual data mapping for content, rights, roles, users and groups as well as metadata.
Usability of the contents
Due to the way the content is transferred with the Migrator, the usability of even complex rooms and content in the target system is significantly increased.

Implementation of the migration solution
The installation and configuration of the migration solution is carried out individually on the basis of the migration concept.
Perform the proof of concept
This design is usually checked by a proof-of-concept and examined for possible vulnerabilities in order to obtain the best possible starting point for carrying out the migrations.

Migrate your eRoom manually
MIGRATOR BASIC migrates eRoom content to teamdoo, SharePoint or Office 365, box, Google Docs or the file system. Migrations can be initiated by administrators, coordinators or participants directly from a room. The current status can be viewed via the migration monitor and ongoing migrations can be tracked.

Migrate your eRoom automatically
MIGRATOR PRO has all the functionalities of MIGRATOR. In addition, it can perform fully automated migrations based on the eRoom content and defined rules. The current status in the room can be viewed via the migration monitor and the migration cockpit allows the migration team to keep track of the migration.
